Your demands and needs
We are providing you access to this product as part of the package of rewards for 名媛直播 members. 名媛直播 does not provide advice or offer policies from any other providers and we don鈥檛 receive any payment for introducing you to Qover.
This is a complementary product provided to all successful applicants and is designed to meet the demands and needs of someone who requires travel insurance. This insurance policy will provide financial protection in the event of:
- medical emergencies
- delayed or missed departures
- cancellation or curtailment
- lost, stolen or delayed possessions
- personal liability when travelling
- car rental excess waiver
The policy also includes winter sports cover which meets the demands and needs of those who need emergency medical treatment as a result of participating in a Winter Sports activity. This includes cover for:
- loss of, theft, or damage to your rented or owned ski equipment
- cover for ski pack expenses following illness or bodily injury
- piste closure due to adverse weather condition, avalanche or insufficient snow
If your application for a 名媛直播 Credit Card is successful, you will receive a number of rewards including free travel insurance. Your coverage is administered by Qover, and is underwritten by certain Underwriters at Lloyd鈥檚. This product is provided as a free benefit to our cardholders and you will not pay any premiums or fees for it 鈥 it does not form part of your membership fee. Under this arrangement 名媛直播 will pay Qover for the insurance cover.
This reward is included with your 名媛直播 card and it cannot be cancelled separately. If you close your 名媛直播 account your travel insurance benefits will also stop.
Making a claim
You should be aware of the following points in the event you wish to make a claim:
- You must be a UK resident and all trips must start and finish in the UK.
- Your trip must be at least partially booked using your 名媛直播 card. This means you must book either your travel or accommodation (or deposits for the same) using your 名媛直播 card. Note that travel cancellation and curtailment cover will only apply to aspects of your trip paid with your 名媛直播 card.
- There are a number of exclusions, for example in relation to pre-existing medical conditions, so please make sure you read the policy documentation carefully.
You may already have cover elsewhere and if you need to make a claim this should only be done under one policy. You should check which policy offers you the best level of cover.
If you have a complaint about the travel insurance
If you are unhappy with the service provided by the insurer you can make a complaint.
In the first instance the Cardholder should write with details of the complaint to Qover, by filling in the form for new complaints at:

If for any reason you are unable to use the online complaints form, you can also make a complaint to Qover by:

If you are not satisfied with the result of your complaint, you may be able to make an appeal to the Financial Ombudsman Service. This is a free complaints dispute service. In the unlikely event that the insurer cannot meet its obligations you may also be entitled to compensation through the Financial Services Compensation Scheme.
